Delete your Gudpadel account
You can request deletion of your Gudpadel account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains the process, what is deleted, and what is retained.
How to delete your account
In the app
Open the Gudpadel app → Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
By email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete account" and the email address linked to your account. We process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
Account details (name, email, authentication credentials), profile photo, notification tokens, group memberships and pending invitations.
What is retained
Game history (results and session participation) is preserved anonymously to maintain the integrity of other group members' history. Your name is replaced with "Deleted account".
Personally identifiable data is deleted within 30 days of request confirmation.
